By downloading or using BlurQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What BlurQ Does

BlurQ is a privacy tool that lets you blur faces, text, backgrounds, and other areas in your photos and videos. All processing happens entirely on your device.

2. Your Content

  • You own your photos and videos. BlurQ does not claim any rights to your content.
  • You are responsible for having the right to edit and share any content you process with BlurQ.
  • BlurQ does not upload, store, or access your content on any server.

3. Free and Pro

  • • All features are available for free.
  • • Free exports include a small watermark. You can remove the watermark by watching a short ad or purchasing BlurQ Pro.
  • • BlurQ Pro is a one-time purchase that removes watermarks and ads permanently.

4. Purchases

  • BlurQ Pro is sold as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple's App Store.
  • All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies.
  • We do not process any payment information directly.

5. Ads

  • • Free users may see ads within the app.
  • • Ads are provided by third-party ad networks and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. No Guarantees

  • • BlurQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • • Face and text detection is automated and may not catch every instance. Always review your results before sharing.
  • • We are not responsible for any content you share after processing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use BlurQ for any unlawful purpose.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Redistribute or resell the app or any part of it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlurQ and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed detections or incomplete blurring.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
