> BlurQ is a free, privacy-first blur app for photos and videos on iPhone (iOS 17+) and Android. It uses on-device AI to blur faces in photos, track and blur faces through videos, blur photo backgrounds, and censor sensitive information. All processing happens 100% offline on the user's device — photos and videos are never uploaded to any server, no account is required, and the app collects no personal content.

- AI face blur: automatically detects every face in a photo; tap to choose which faces to blur and which to keep visible
- Video face blur: AI tracking follows faces through the video as they move, with a timeline to trim the tracked range
- Background blur: AI person segmentation keeps the subject sharp and blurs the background for a DSLR-style portrait (bokeh) effect
- Manual blur brush: draw over anything — license plates, addresses, documents, credit cards, chat logs, screen content
- Censor styles: Gaussian blur (smooth), Pixelate, solid Censor bar, and Emoji, each with adjustable intensity
